2.4. To recognise subsections 7.3 and 7.4 of the published version as not having been adopted by the Consecrated Council and as having no force as conciliar resolutions.

The other dioceses of the Metropolis shall jointly purchase, from common funds, one shared laptop for the Metropolis, which, like the printer, shall be kept by the Metropolis for the proper functioning of the Secretariat during meetings of the Consecrated Council.

3.2. The Episcopal Court shall consist of: all serving bishops of the Church, headed by the Primate, His Eminence Metropolitan Leontie, as President; one priest from each diocese, at the discretion of the ruling bishop of the respective diocese; and the secretaries of the Consecrated Council: Archpriest Ioan (Bordeanu), Hiero-Archdeacon Amfilohie (Chioc) and Protodeacon Feodor (Afanasov).

7.3. An icon painter must obtain written blessing from his or her spiritual father to paint Orthodox Old Rite icons.
